We have been a family-run business resident in Ano Korakiana village for thirty years and are a close part of the community here. Our backgrounds and education are Greek, German and English. Our individual skills are aesthetic and practical, ranging between fine arts and architecture, and project management and construction.
We deliberately keep our collection of houses small. By managing only a limited number of properties we can maintain a hands-on, detail-oriented approach — making sure every home is well looked after and every guest feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. We prefer it that way: fewer houses, better care.
Our office is located on the lower side of the village (main street to Agios Markos). It’s our architect-engineer bureau and also the welcome–info–event and meeting point for our guests. In line with environmental principles the office is self-sufficient: we use solar energy, ground water and recycling. Once a cafe for passersby to Aggelokastro and the North, the office is built from local stones and material found around the property. Here we have a gallery of books, movies, toys, board games and beach equipment available to guests, from time to time we are arranging dinner events.
